VRM Accelerator is for already established business owners or six figure earners who want to jumpstart their short term rental business with one-on-one coaching & personal assistance.

How it works

Our goal is that by the end of these 8 weeks, you will have your first fully functional short term rental property.

Branding Done For You so you can position your properties above and beyond any competitors!

The interior design of your property is done for you by our personal design team.

We set up your automated messages so you can save time and make sure all of your communication is handled properly such as your guest inquiries, questions like “what’s the wifi” and other common questions that we’ve already answered!

You’ll get photos by our personal photographer so you can showcase your property and attract ideal guests who will choose you over other units in your area.

We create your custom guest book for you to make sure your guests have everything they need during their stay!

We set up your Airbnb profile for you so that it’s optimized from the start.

On top of all of that done for you services that we do for you, you will get a 90-minute private one-on-one call with Jon Bell so he can help you take a deep look into your business and help you generate more profit and be able to truly scale your cash flow.

You’ll get a Business Coach that includes 1 on 1 calls with a member of our team (1 hour) every week for the first 8 weeks, which helps you on anything technical and making sure you’re getting your first property or 10th property.

You’ll also get one on one calls with a Success Coach, (1 hour) every week for the first 8 weeks that will help you break through any limiting beliefs and then once a month you’ll have access to 1 on 1 call with coaches for review/optimization for an entire year.

You’ll get 1 year of monthly one-on-one coaching with your Business & Success coaches for ongoing support.
