Hello, I’m Julian Sage. I’ve achieved financial freedom through short term rentals, and it’s my goal to show you how to do the same. My short term rental journey started when my wife and I rented out our basement on Airbnb. Then things really took off when I started a podcast called Short Term Rental Success Stories, where I shared the experiences of short term rental hosts who achieved financial success. In less than a year, thousands of people had already joined the community!
One of the short term rental hosts I reached out to was Jon Bell. I interviewed him on my podcast and learned that he had scaled from 0 to 24 rental properties in just 18 months, bringing in around $45,000 cash flow every month without owning any of the properties. Jon and I hit it off, leading us to become business partners and start Short Term Sage. Through our business, we’ve helped countless people begin their short term rental journeys, and our community has grown to tens of thousands! When it comes down to it, Jon and I aren’t any different than other people who want to achieve financial freedom. We know the struggles of trying to balance a heavy workload with everything else in life, which is what led us to short term rentals. We realized that it was a great way to earn money, help others, and have more free time.
We’ve had some ups and downs throughout our short term rental journey, but we’ve learned a lot along the way—and we’re passionate about sharing that knowledge with others.
