1. Your brand sets the tone for everything in your rental, from how much you spend, the customers you will attract if you’ll copy someone else or create your own.
2. What sets a luxury brand apart is the services that they offer.
3. Hotel rooms are about the same size, what dictates the price is not the square footage but what the hotel has to offer, how detailed and much time and money has been spent to make it worth its value.
4. People travel differently and like different things.
5. Things can be styled different but the bare bones should be the same among your brand, kitchen items, quality of the bed, amenities.
6. Furnishings should be catered to the type of person you are attracting. If you want high paying people then your furnishings should model high paying customers.
7. Your location can set your unit apart and base how you will be branding. If your unit is in an outdoorsy area, cater toward the adventure seeker, if you are in the city, cater to people who are business or traveling.
8. Services can add to your brands feel if you are offering to pick people up from the airport that is a luxury service. A luxury service may also have a more expensive welcome basket as compared to a budget unit.
