3. Instead of thinking about how expensive a professional photographer is, think about how many nights it will take to recoup the investment for professional photos.
4. Composition and lighting are key when taking photos of your unit.
5. When taking photos of your listing, try to invoke an emotion rather than just a descriptive wide-angled photo.
6. Your first photo should be a “wow” photo.
7. Show your hospitality details in your photos.
8. When listing your photos, walk the guests through the house rather than share random photos here and there.
9. Figure out who is your target guest and cater your photos to attract those people.
10. Stay away from colored sheets and towels and stick with all white.
